Click & Collect

All items in our online store are part of our Click & Collect service from our Narberth, Pembrokeshire store.

Items must be collected within 7 days of purchase. We may be able to hold some items for longer under certain circumstances: please enquire PRIOR to purchase.

Items with no such arrangement which are not collected within 7 days may be moved into storage elsewhere (we just don't have the space to store items) and may incur further charge.

Shipping

Items may be shipped via Royal mail or a courier of our choosing according to which we believe is most appropriate for that parcel.

We endeavour to keep our shipping costs as low as possible whilst still delivering a quality service. Where several items are purchased, postage is combined.

Parcels will need to be signed for.

Most parcels will be delivered within 3-5 working days but occasionally there may be a delay; we will notify you if this is the case.

At present we are unable to ship outside the UK.

Large furniture items will be delivered by a pallet delivery company in order to keep costs down. This is a roadside delivery service; a date will be agreed with you for the delivery; someone MUST be there to accept the delivery.

If you require a courier delivery please contact us PRIOR to purchase.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love our pieces as much as we do but we may offer a refund under certain circumstances:

Any damages must be reported within 48hours via email / telephone/ in person.

We will NOT refund where a fault is one described within the product description.

You are responsible for return delivery charges - please ensure that the product is carefully wrapped and clearly addressed.

Costs will be refunded where an undescribed fault is found.

A refund will not be issued where damage was not notified with 48 hours or where the item is not returned within 14 days of receipt.
